Bristol | Roy Hodgson takes over at Ashton Gate
This is a very interesting appointment for the Championship side
Roy Hodgson has been placed in temporary charge of Bristol City at the age of 78 following the dismissal of head coach Gerhard Struber.

The former England manager returns to Ashton Gate more than four decades after his first spell in charge in 1982, having been out of management since leaving Crystal Palace in 2024.
Struber departs after a run of one win in nine matches across all competitions, a sequence that has seen the Robins fall to 16th in the Championship.
Can they still finish in the play-offs?
The club had been within touching distance of the play-off places following a 3-2 victory at Hull City on 7 February, but now sit 12 points adrift of the top six.
January proved a disruptive window, with long-serving defender Zak Vyner and leading scorer Anis Mehmeti departing for Wrexham and Ipswich Town respectively. Injuries further undermined the squad, with key defenders Rob Dickie, Rob Atkinson and George Tanner all sidelined.
