Merseyside | Liverpool fans delighted with constant drama
Liverpool 3 - 2 Atletico Madrid
Another dramatic Champions League night at Anfield

A header from Virgil van Dijk in the 92nd minute sealed the victory. This marked the third time this season that the side have struck in injury time.
Let's explore some of the best reaction those who were at Anfield.
Tracey: If we are being honest, our performances this season have been well below par, but I have never enjoyed them more. The chaos and the adrenaline from the way we are winning is unmatched. I would take these wild, unpredictable games over a routine 3-0 win every time. The result matters less to me than the sheer entertainment.
Paul: Atletico kept their composure after going 2-0 down, and their first goal had been coming for 10 minutes before half-time. Liverpool allowed them too much space but they never stopped pressing. Still, why do we always have to go through the nail-biting drama of a last-minute winner? Was it really necessary after being two goals up?
Philip: We are finding it difficult to break teams down, even though there is no shortage of flair and attacking talent in the side.
Jamie: Once again, Liverpool made life difficult for themselves with careless defending. It needs fixing. Milos Kerkez looks erratic, Andy Robertson is off the pace and Ibou Konaté had some shaky moments too. It was an entertaining match but Liverpool should have killed it off long before the end.

Callum Jones: It was far from polished but there were glimpses of just how good this team can be. We are not yet at our best and still winning, which is encouraging. I am loving these Champions League nights.
Even: Mohamed Salah looked hungrier than he has all season. Whether it was the lure of a big European night, the scale of the occasion or the presence of Alexander Isak pushing him for a place, this was the first time he has truly looked dangerous.
