Sheffield United 3 - 3 Swansea City
Swansea City recovered from a two-goal deficit to claim a draw at Sheffield United in a breathless Championship contest that defied its billing as a meeting between two sides with little left at stake.

The hosts struck first through Gus Hamer, whose crisp low effort from the edge of the area set the tone early on. Swansea responded within eight minutes, Zan Vipotnik converting from the spot after Goncalo Franco was brought down by goalkeeper Adam Davies.
The match ebbed and flowed thereafter, with opportunities at both ends. Swansea came close to edging ahead shortly after the interval when Melker Widdell’s effort was cleared off the line by Tyler Bindon.
That great defending proved pivotal
Within seconds, Sheffield United were back in front, Harrison Burrows finishing confidently after a swift transition from defence to attack. The home side extended their lead when substitute Tom Cannon curled in a fine strike from distance.
Swansea, however, refused to relent. Adam Idah, introduced from the bench, pulled one back with a sharp first-time finish before turning provider, shrugging off Burrows to deliver a cross that Eom Jisung converted to complete the comeback with eight minutes remaining.
Even so, the point does little to alter the complexion of the table. Vitor Matos’ side slip to 16th, while Sheffield United remain just below them in 17th.
This had the makings of a nothing end-of-season fixture
This was a meeting between sides placed 17th and 14th in the Championship, with both appearing set for a mid-table finish.
Yet rather than drifting into irrelevance, the absence of pressure seemed to free both teams, who combined to produce an engaging contest.
Before the international break, Sheffield United manager Chris Wilder spoke of his frustration at suggestions his side were merely waiting for the season to end. On this evidence, his players appeared to share that sentiment, responding with an energetic and purposeful display. Just a pity they couldn't hold out for three points
